St Louis, MO – June 13, 2024, ProTeam Management, LLC. (PTM) is proud to announce Theresa Payne, MSN, BSN, RN, Nurse Reviewer has earned certification as a Leapfrog Certified Coach. Leapfrog’s Certified Coach Training is geared toward health care consultants, solution providers, and innovation partners who offer services, products, and technology designed to improve patient safety and health care quality in the thousands of hospitals nationwide that participate in Leapfrog’s annual voluntary Hospital Survey.

“Solution providers and other innovative partners often ask Leapfrog for support in answering questions from hospital clients about Leapfrog’s programs. This training is designed to close that gap and arm experts with the information they need to provide value to their clients in a new way,” said Missy Danforth, Senior Vice President of Health Care Ratings at The Leapfrog Group. “Congratulations are in order for all the participants who completed the program and are now Leapfrog Certified Coaches.” Participants must attend a half-day virtual training session and pass a certification exam before earning the designation of Leapfrog Certified Coach. The yearly certification for Ms. Payne was awarded in May 2024 and expires in May 2025. Leapfrog Certified Coaches are educated in key aspects of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey including reporting periods, measure specifications and criteria, data collection and documentation, public reporting, and data use.

The Leapfrog Group congratulates Ms. Payne for achieving Leapfrog Certified Coach status and continually supporting Leapfrog’s mission toward giant leaps in health care.
